Plus, our Halloween Activity Sheets are a great PERSONALIZED treat for under $5 (for the whole class!) that will add a special touch to your party.

Budget Friendly Halloween Party Ideas

Mummy Wrap Relay

Divide the kids into teams and provide them with rolls of toilet paper. Watch as they transform their classmates into marvelous mummies! The team that wraps their mummy the fastest wins a spooky prize. This is an easy, low-cost activity that kids love. It also gets them moving!

Monster Freeze Dance

Play Halloween-themed music and encourage the little monsters to dance their hearts out. When the music stops, everyone must freeze. You could also play this as a version of musical chairs–when the music stops, kids must sit in a chair. (To make it a little more fun, the child left standing can help play the music for the next round.) Play until you have a final winner or until it’s time to rotate to another station.

Pumpkin Decorating Contest

Provide small pumpkins and an array of decorating materials like stickers, googly eyes, paint, and glitter. Let the kids' creativity run wild as they transform their pumpkins into boo-tiful works of art.

Handprint Spiders

A fun and personalized craft–have each child create a handprint spider like these from Crafts by Courtney. Print the child’s hand in both directions so that the “spider” has 8 (finger) legs. Once it’s dry, add googly eyes and decorate the rest of the page.

To fill in time during any of the rotations (or as a take home), you can print our Personalized Halloween Activity Sheets for each child. For under $5, you can print personalized sheets for each child in the class! These sheets are tailored for each child, featuring their name and a variety of Halloween-themed activities, puzzles, and coloring pages. Not only will the kids have a blast coloring their unique sheets, but they also get to take home a personalized memento from the party.
